Mental Fundamentals DVD - "The Game within The Game"

The DVD, released in January, features professional baseball players and coaches

and college softball figures discussing the issues that enhance an athlete's mental game, which helps in attaining ultimate performance. A previous DVD had

focused solely on baseball. Myers and former ASU pitching star Katie Burkhart

discuss particular elements of the mental game in the new release.

Karl Kuehl, with the aid of his son, John Kuehl, and writer Casey Tefertiller,

set about completing a DVD that would provide the essence of his years of study

of the mental game: Mental Fundamentals for Baseball and Softball.
