Return Policy:

Products must be returned within 14 days from the date the product was received or date of last delivery attempt. The item(s) must be unused and still in the original packaging. Refunds will be minus the shipping charges and a 8% bank fee of the total costs. Call or email Oaks Batter Up Texas first to set up the return. Items can only be returned if the product is in its original condition with the tags still connected. Items can be shipped back to Oaks Batter Up Texas, or brought back to our store location. If you want to ship the item back to the store, repackage the item and mail to:

Shipping Policy:

Shipments are normally within 1-3 days after receipt of payment. Shipments, if allowed, outside of the Continental U.S. will require additional fees and you will be advised as to these additional fees after your order has been placed. We ship via regular USPS, UPS, Federal Express and Freight. Expedited shipping can be made at additional cost.
