The Three Piece Tee baseball and softball balance trainer is a patent-pending device that was created to teach balance with effectiveness and that could be transported conveniently in a passenger car. Trainer comes with orange tape and instruction manual.
As a Swing Trainer
- When assembled, the Three Piece Tee trainer lays flat on the ground.
- In its intended use for hitting, the hitter will stand with his or her back foot on the top piece of the "T" and his or her front foot will stand on the vertical leg of the "T," so that the hitter can extend down the vertical leg of the Tee when stepping into his or her swing.
- By training atop the Three Piece Tee trainer, hitters develop a balanced swing that generates power when translated to the playing field.
As a Pitching Trainer
- The Three Piece Tee trainer can also be used to assist in developing proper pitching mechanics and motion.
- Balance is as important for pitcher as it is for a hitter.
- For baseball pitchers, a pitcher can simulate throwing off of an inclined pitcher's mound, by standing with his back foot on the trainer and his front foot on the ground.
- The height of the Three Piece Tee trainer closely imitates the incline of a pitcher's mound for most young, developing pitchers.
For the Little Ones
- For our less experienced players, just learning to throw, the Three Piece Tee trainer is especially helpful in developing a proper throwing motion by helping the player to keep his or her balance throughout the throwing motion.
- The "T" shape of the Three Piece Tee trainer reinforces proper footwork in the throwing motion, which is critical for young players learning this new skill.
Convenience
The Three Piece Tee trainer is, as its name suggests, composed of three (3) identical pieces, each 6 inches wide and approximately 36 inches in length. When disassembled, the three pieces can be stacked and carried in the convenient carrying bag that comes with your trainer.
